One thing that makes Orlando amazing is the distance to the BEACH! It’s only 50 miles East of Orlando and everybody loves a beach Wedding. Our venue was in Ponce Inlet and there was nobody else in sight. It was private and the most intimate beachside wedding.  Inspired by the soft breeze of Florida’s Winter, we wanted to depict the perfect beach-side intimate Winter Wedding. Using the beautiful backdrop of the ocean, we wanted to create a romantic getaway that would be perfect for an intimate wedding. The couple joined by their closest friends and family gathering together for a romantic sunrise ceremony followed by a lovely brunch surrounded by soft music and the breeze of the ocean.

Jamie Reinhart Photography was amazing. She photographed this winter wedding so beautifully. All the details are perfect and we can’t wait to work with her again. She captured the entire event to really showcase the couples theme throughout. Our vision included a sweet and romantic color palette consisting of warm blues, grays, and silver with touches of blush and champagne. We designed and styled the event and brought our vision together by designing a tablescape using luscious and generous layers of tulle topped with soft and sweet floral arrangements. The mixed metals and textured linen touches made the perfect mix of softness and warmth.

To create a private ambiance, we created a one-of-a-kind wooden chandelier with floating glass globes to give an intimate feel next to the vast oceanside. Finished off the beautiful table from Kirby Rentals with Dishie Rentals vintage dishes, deep blue goblets, mixed metal votives, and soft linen napkins adorned with bedazzled napkin rings which are like adding the crown jewel on top! At such an intimate gathering, each guest is near and dear to the couple. They received a beautiful handcrafted invitation suite by Letra Bohemia to tie in the entire theme with name cards and scroll drink markers fit for the princess of the ball!

Each detail was the perfect way to let each guest know how important they are. Of course, even at an intimate sunrise wedding, cake and champagne are necessary to make the event soiree complete, and Baker E designed a beautiful and luxurious cake. The bottom layer captured the beauty of the waves, and each layer had a unique twist which captured the different layers of elegance. Although our models are not a real-life couple, they correctly represent the romantic balance between the cooling and warmth of a Florida Winter. The bride’s makeup was so beautiful and Laura Reynolds Artistry is the best in the business. She wore a Stella York gown from Carolyn Allen’s Bridal, who added a custom made blue tulle skirt to add a light and airy element to the day.

Their ceremony arch was made of natural wood to enhance the beach landscape. It was simple yet beautifully decorated with tulle and flowers which tied in perfectly with the table. The integration between beauty and nature is a direct reflection in the couples flowers as well. The bride’s bouquet was soft and romantic using velvet silver leaves and a punch of color with bright peonies. Her bouquet was adorned with a sterling silver paw print of the couples’ dog who wasn’t able to be at the ceremony. A simple but important reminder of being a family and becoming one!
