Logan + Derek…

had a perfectly designed ceremony on July 15th at the gorgeous Taos Ski Valley in Taos, New Mexico. A special place in their hearts, the couple wanted to share their favorite place in Northern New Mexico with all of their friends and family.

As far as outdoor weddings go, Taos is one of our favorite spots as it provides a breathtaking landscape, a relaxed and happy environment, and a town full of kind people ready to make your every wish come to life.

The mountain views alone give you one of the best backdrops you could dream of – add florals and a beautiful couple with all of their loved ones? It’s pretty hard to beat.

‘It’s all in the details’

Like our motto, our bride Logan not only had the eye for design, but the skill to fine tune every detail of her wedding day.

Caring about the details made planning this wedding a piece of cake, and being able to watch the joy Logan experienced throughout the process was a dream.

She not only loves every part of wedding planning, but she also created the most impressive bridal timelines we have seen here at A Beautiful Theme. Coming from perfectionists, that is saying something!!

You will never find a kinder couple than Logan and Derek. They are the type of people who radiate love and care, and their thoughtfulness was seen throughout every part of their day.

The Sweetest Love…

Logan has a truly special relationship with her grandmother, and ensuring that she was well taken care of and present for her big day was an important part of her planning. Every part of the day was coordinated to ensure that she would be able to share this day with her grandmother, and seeing them together will find you grabbing for a tissue (or two!)

Puppy Love…

The couple also wanted to make sure no one was left out of their day, which meant their dog, Kip, was included in many aspects of their wedding. Quite the looker, he can be found in many of the couples photos, the ceremony, the cake, and his face even made the cover of some goodie bags for the guests!

Aside from the couple, we’d say he was the star of the show.

Lets talk about that Arch!

Is there anything more magical than a flower arch? We think not. Made by our floral team using an assortment of Dahlias, Ranunculus, Peonies, Roses, Mums, Cremons, Craspedias, Hypericums, Limoniums, Larkspur, and various greenery, Logan and Dereks’ ceremony arch in front of the Taos mountain backdrop created a view that never disappoints.
